United StatesIf I could give less than 1 star I would. They are very hard to contact. Say they sent the item when they did not and will not refund 100% of your money. I am going to report them to the better business bureau. Do not use this company they are a scam.
AustraliaUpon contacting Theatee after 7 weeks and no delivery, they gave me a tracking number and told me China Post have delivered the package on a certain date. I told them I had a doorbell camera and no deliveries came a week either side of supposed delivery date. Then they said that China Post told them that it was delivered to my nearest post office. Australia Post will not take a package from a courier addressed to someone else and obviously have no knowledge of a delivered package from China Post. Theatee then ask me to get a proof of loss document from the post office (who had nothing to do with it). When I asked them to fulfill the order by sending my items, they say the item is out of stock. I told them I ordered 10 items so they tell me they are all out of stock. In all their emails, there is never a name or anything else just the text. They finally offered me a 35% refund but I refused as I don't trust them at all and I'm sure I won't get anything. I'm happy to say that it won't be local police knocking on their door, they have committed international mail fraud from the many reviews I have seen and that is handled by a higher up force. The Theatee crew should be resting their bottoms as much as possible because they won't be able to sit down in prison.
SwitzerlandFilthy thiefs!!! Same here… fell on their fake site. Orderd goods - worth 60.-$ in January. Same story like all of yours… they say, they‘ve sent it. They „have“ prove it was delivered…. Blablabla. Since February I am e-mailing back and forth! They answer the mails only sporadicaly. Just 1, 2 short sentences, and never a name signed. It‘s so annoying!!!!
