AustraliaI ordered one thing and a substitute was put in its place without consulting me. When I contacted tech sales about this, including a photo as well as their email which said quite clearly that my original order had arrived safely, I heard zippo back. Not a hint of a response, apology, or any way of getting the substitute back and me getting my original order or a refund. Stay clear of Tech Sales
