I buy a lot of things through Amazon and have never had any problems until now. 2 weeks ago I bought a 40 inch tv from TD systems who are Madrid based. TV was delivered as usual by courier and I noticed the box was damaged. I set the tv up, not easy as no instruction manual!! Beautiful clear picture but no sound, I checked volume and sound settings still nothing. I have a friend who is very technically minded and she spent 2 hours going through procedures, still no sound. TV is faulty! I contacted the seller via Amazon and asked them to pick up the TV and refund my money. They told me that was not their policy! They told me they would email me a prepaid label to scan, print and attach to the box. They also said I should take the box to nearest post office and return it from there.I am 66 years old with arthritis in both hips, walking any kind of distance is difficult and often very painful. Yesterday I carried a 40 inch TV a mile uphill to the post office, very distressing, and the clerk told me the label was not prepaid and required postage. I had to pay 28 euros to return a faulty TV. I have contacted seller about refund for TV and postage but not particularly hopeful. My treatment from this company has been and still is appalling, their customer service??? is laughable and I would urge anyone considering buying online from them to reconsider. My experience to date has hurt me financially, emotionally and physically

I have a Prime40C19F television and I also purchased a TD System soundbar. I had a small problem with the soundbar the post sales support was excellent in resolving the problem. The young lady I dealt with was extremely helpful and courteous at all times. 5 gold stars.

Just recently my TD system TV screen goes black then back to TV as well as sometimes you cannot turn it off. It's now getting us very frustrated. We would like help in trying to get this fixed. Thank you in advance
