Even though access to our house was tricky (semi rural, up a steep driveway with nowhere for the truck to turn), the driver was sweet and patient with us. I love how taxibox keeps you informed all the time about delivery times. Their customer service is great, prices are really reasonable and being able to pack / unpack in your own time is so much less stressful than hiring a truck or removalists. Plus it's a bit like playing tetris, packing the box - and quite amazing how much one box takes.

This company made moving easy, we needed to move a lot of household items and a small amount of furniture interstate. The job was too small for a traditional moving company. Taxibox delivered a box, I loaded it and they picked it up (as a side note the two drivers were happy to be doing their jobs) In 10 days they will deliver it to my interstate address and I can unpack Seemless

The storage box was basic, and adequately dry and bug free. I had the smallest box and the cost was about $189 per month which I think is outrageous. The constant increases have at least paused at the moment, probably because everyone would bail if it were even more expensive !! $2200 odd bucks a year .. I don't think my contents were worth that much. Might be an option for someone short term.
