I paid my credit card for April, but I received an email saying I still owed. I am disabled and can't talk so I had a friend call. They said that the payment was put towards March (which i paid) and they could do nothing. Even though my friend told them I'm on ssi they wanted me to pay more. They scammed me. I will be reporting them.
They forced me to acquire a late fee when their phones lines were over 2hour wait time, then when they "removed it" it increased my minimum due 10.00 now saying it is due to an increased balance of the late fee. If they never applied the late fee my balance would not of increased and if my balance was never increased my minimum would not of increased.
the customer care just sucks!!!They dont have the basic courtesy to call back if it disconnects and they dont even have the answers to your questions...No use !!
Asked for a manger and they seem to know less then what the previous team member knew. The leader came out with food in there mouth. Approximately 4:45pm. Guest had questioned why they eating on the clock when your far past your break time eating in such a way Ernesto. You payed and ate food on the clock while loafing. ERNESTO we on you my guest don't play about me at all they'll get you gone.
