I rented a car but I was 1 hour late to pick it up in Arnhem ( my mistake, got confused with the time). When I called the customer service I was told that I had to pay a fee of 27 euros for no show ( comoletely ok) and then the car would not be charged. The car was charged in my credit car and SINCE SETEMBER I am trying to get my money back with a lot of excuses and no solutions I do not recommend ever, a total lack of respect with the clients, every time that call is at least 1 HOUR WAITING in the phone to a employee to talk to me

Great service from start till end! We arrived and the agent who helped us was very friendly and helpfull. Once we came down in the garage we could choose from about 15 different cars (we went with a eggplant colour Buick). Car drove smooth, low on gas, easy to control and very comfortable. By return, also quick and friendly service. Overal, thank you Sunny cars for working with Alamo!
