Stone Island, designer mens clothing and accessories from the official uk online store. Autumn Winter 2009/2010 Collections now in stock.
I wish I could leave a minus rating. I have finally heard back from Alessandra at Stone Island customer services. Alessandra asked me to forward to her photos of my jumper, I did this on 07/12/2025. I attached 6 photos in total, including the reciepts/tags, packaging the jumper came in & 4 photos of the jumper. I asked initially how they could review the jumper from a photo and would they like me to send the jumper back but apparently that is their procedure for assessing faulty items via photos. I have just heard back from her, after the photos were sent to the ‘after sales dept’ to review. They have decided there is no fault in the jumper and the matter is closed though the jumper was worn for a matter of hours. I have emailed her back requesting a manager contact me. I have stopped the next payment with Klarna and they have suspended it. I have also contacted my credit card company and raised an issue that the item I have received is faulty and not fit for purpose & I want a refund for the first payment. The jumper was £385 spread over 3 months. I have worn Stone Island for 25+ years but I will never wear it again. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR SUCH A PREMIUM BRAND IS ABYSMAL.
Terrible company , say they deliver worldwide and into the UK but doesn’t deliver to Northern Ireland which is part of Great Britain as UPS “ don’t operate in that country “ contacted customer service for their agent to tell me to just order it to a store in London and fly out myself to collect it or to a friends address in ROI / England and have them ship it to me afterwards, pathetic from a multi million dollar company
Bought a nice knit sweater in Berlin. Efter 11. months there was a fault in the lining. Contacted HQ, sent a lot of pictures and expected a quick and professional claim experience. After 2 months, being dragged around by Customer Service, I have lost my patience, and having it fixed myself at a Tailor. I suspect them for having a master plan, manipulating customers to quit. Terrible experience.
I have to say that I am in love with all they do and their history. BUT! I purchased collab with NB not so long ago, and the heel lining inside the right sneaker tore. I texted them and provided all required information over a month ago and never received any form of acknowledgment or update. After waiting far longer than anyone reasonably should, I reached out again—yet still no response. For a brand that positions itself as premium, this level of communication is completely unacceptable. Being ignored for months on end shows a lack of professionalism and respect for customers. If this is the standard they operate at, I’d seriously reconsider purchasing from Stone Island in the future.
