United KingdomSo far awful. Requested that I upload documents urgently yet there is nowhere to upload on my account or the app. Call them and wait and then if they are busy they just disconnect you. What a waste of time. Seems like all car insurance companies are awful.
United KingdomDo not use their learner policy. It’s a scam. No refund available after my daughter passed her test 6 months into the year’s policy. Their quote for a full policy was more than double the price on confused.com.
United KingdomI had just discovered that I was too old to renew my cover and was recommended to try Sterling.Right from the start they were speedy and efficient in filling my application for a quotation and I was offered a price for cover which was reasonable since I had been a named driver on my late wife's policy for forty years, so I was starting from scratch really. The result is that I can now relax and get around easily because I live on an island and driving is essential, so thank you Sterling for coming to my rescue. Alan J
