I never do this. But they were the most rude customer support I have ever talked with in my adult life. Essentially offering no help for a life changing issue. Would not even contact a manager regarding my concerns
Worst con ever. Bought a car online from Bristol Street Motors Macclesfield. After a month of receiving it. It had to have the engine replaced, and a month later the gear box which was replaced, but wasnt right so they took it out and put the old one back in after refurbish. The car came with a scratch on one of the doors, and when I gave it back and end of contract bevause the gears were still stiff, they had the nerve to charge me wear and tear. Macclesfield sold me a car that was not fit for purpose, Stellantis terrible company stear clear.
Worst finance company I have EVER used in 35 years. I should have known something was wrong when initially for the 1st time ever our application was turned down but after increasing deposit it was accepted. There contact process is a joke. Contact through your online account then replies 2 weeks minimum. Having already informed them about returning vehicle and received confirmation I have just got 2 default messages on my account. The vehicle has been inspected & returned as requested. I will NEVER use this company EVER again & I am contacting the Financial Conduct Authority to make an official complaint. So glad I stopped the direct debit as they would have tried to take the final payment even though agreement is terminated. Just what I need more stress looking after my as full time carer with her diagnosed with DEMENTIA. Shocking Stellantis you should be embarrassed about your standard of service. Not surprised that Peugeot UK one of your sister companies don't even use your financial services ANYMORE.
The process took a bit of time but I got all my refund thanks to the support i received, it was great
