I called to cancel an order that I placed less than 24 hours ago, and I was told that they don't do cancellations even though my order wasn't processed yet. I was told that I needed to receive the package first, then return it. Crazy!!! I will not order from them again.

Been trying to withraw shoes consigned since more than one year without any answer, they even made me pay for the shipping but didnt ship anything and stopped answering emails.
