We are writing to express our disappointment and frustration with our stay at Wild Coast Sun from March 15-17, 2024. As loyal customers who have been visiting your resorts since childhood, we had high expectations for a relaxing family getaway. Unfortunately, our experience fell short due to a private function that was not disclosed at the time of booking. The presence of this event resulted in: - Unavailability of the best restaurant, forcing us to dine at Spur - Limited access to the hotel private pool - Congestion and noise disturbances Despite raising our concerns onsite, we received no feedback or resolution. Furthermore, our special vegan breakfast request was compromised when a milk-based product was used, causing distress to my family. To compensate for the disrupted experience, we were forced to exceed our budget by over R3000, spending on alternative activities like segway, quad biking, spa treatments, and boat rides. Moreover, we had to endure intoxicated behavior from attendees of the private function. We are disappointed that our complaints were not addressed internally between March-August 2024, leading us to share our experience publicly.

We booked via this company for Aquila Safari and Spa. They charged us for transport but never paid the organization we stayed at. We are currently being held hostage at Aquila for the fees this organization never pad. They are not answering their phone now. We will NEVer recommend this company to anyone. I’m f there is a lesson to be learned it may be go direct!! Aquila stay was great small game reserve. But we got some amazing pictures and the staff were great

We booked Los Dragos Tenerife Apartments for 1 week. Apparently pictures were beautiful, clean and coozy. But I have actual lics with me thet are opposite story! When we enetered into the rooms they were disappointing as there was a small sized double bed in 1 room and other double bed was 2 boxes together making a bed which could easily move. They were less like bed and more like something made of dispisable material . Toilets were bad smelling and extremely slippery. Without any mats. Floor was extremely slippery and my children slipped multiple times. Towels were yellowish. Out of 6 days 2 days they dint even clean. Also the door stopper was made of Nail and it hurted my daughter feet and she bled .I am still waiting to see she has not got infection. Bed sheets were never changed from day one only they change the sides I have pics of blood on bedsheet and it remained there for days. Only they used to superfacialy clean. Only breakfast was Nice. Thats it! I would not reccomend these apartments to anyone specially with kids. They charged us more than 100£ per night alittle more and I could get a better place, good ones were 128 £ 130£ Such kind of facilty you should not be getting more than 30£ per night. The George Hotel Eshowe poor service by richard chennells. I made an over payment and the guy still refuses to refund me to date. Has even blocked my emails and told the staff he does not want to talk to me.
