Solus Accident Repair Centres

I have just had my car “repaired” by Solus of leatherhead. I would advise any car owners to avoid this company at all cost. My car was in an accident it was hit on the drivers side whilst stationery by a van trying to reverse and whose driver didn’t look. It was sent to solus by Aviva as a recognised BMW expert lol .The bumper was damaged along with the head light and grill. When it was returned yesterday it looked like it had been in an accident. Wheel arch and bumper not in line, paint all dull and blurred grills still damaged bumper hanging off due to broken clips. This is shoddy poor repair work. We have spoken to Solus who apologised, not good enough they claim it was quality checked not sure who by but he needs to go to spec savers. When I told the guy of the reviews on trustpilot he laughed. They won’t be laughing when they loose their jobs due to Loosing the contract with Aviva. Their service and repair is disgusting, Aviva need to reassess who does their repairs

Absolutely awful. Car went into Birmingham branch to be repaired via Aviva on driver’s door. When car was returned there were 5/6 deep scratches on the passenger door literally down to the metal. Contacted Solus via email and they had the audacity to send images of the car on pick up stating that damage was already there. The photos say otherwise!!! No damage on passenger door. It looks like sharp tools have been dropped from above and they have now provided us with proof that THEY caused the damage! Back to Aviva we go and will literally take this as far as we can. Complete liars! Disgusting attitude and there is no way I would ever let a car go here again

This is the most horrendous company that I ever delt with including staff and the manager name Lian !!! All they know how to give stress and anxiety to the customers!!! They took my car 4 times imagine 4 flipping time !!! They still didn't fix it as it should get fixed!!! Lian apparently she is the manager was talking over me loud and hung up the phone !!! What is wrong with them ... Their horrible staff members service is Uttley crazy !! The replied shows the standard of this repair centre !! Disgrace how the response was covered the lame unprofessional job was done repeatedly .... Took the car 4 times !!! Your company driver was very quick enough to Jump on my throat, patronised me by saying it ain't a radio or music that you can turn it low or up !!! Pathetic!! Yet your company did nothing but nasty job 4 TIMES !!!!
