My car has been repaired and returned looking as it did before someone smacked into it i.e. perfect.I appreciated the updates via the online portal and messaging. The staff were always friendly and apologetic! That was my only gripe: the length of time it took to repair. One day short of 4 weeks! I can't say I enjoyed the courtesy car, but what could I do?! (Basingstoke)
so my Vehicle went in for repair it had 2 new replacement doors and the whole side painted appaantly after getting back one door is very slightly off and the wings to bumpers are off They sent an independent assessor who agreed with me but then went back and wrote different contradicting what he said now i have to go through the complaints process with Avviva
After an unfortunate incident my car was damaged (tail gate and one of the rear lights). My car was referred to Solus Ipswich through Aviva (the underwriter for my insurance with RAC Online). Solus Ipswich were nothing but professional throughout the process. They collected my car and dropped it off after the work was complete (providing me with a courtesy car) and kept me informed throughout all the repair work (which only took one week!) The repairs they did to my car were impeccable; it looks brand new. The paint repair is faultless and they have re-installed my reversing camera perfectly. I am delighted with the work they did to my car and would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs to their car. Whilst my insurance was purchased through RAC Online, I highly recommend buying insurance through Aviva as they will give you the highest quality support during what can be very stressful times when your car gets damaged. Thoroughly impressed!

I was impressed from the first. I added claim, the AI system was so good all the way through from picking the car up to returning the car, was quicker than they said as well.
