My case worker Pelin was fantastic , very professional and caring throughout the whole process.They picked me up from the airport, provided a clean and comfortable hotel, and kept checking up on me after the surgery. The whole team made me feel well looked after.I have afro curly hair, and they handled it perfectly. I’ve got my confidence back now and couldn’t be happier with the results.The value for money is amazing .I paid about a third of what I would’ve paid in the UK (around £5000 there). I started losing my hair from about the age of 21 and by 23, I had to shave it due to rapid hair loss, and I didn't get to enjoy the best years with a full head of hair (or so to speak). At the age of 40, I decided to do research on hair transplants. I watched many YouTube videos on the procedure and researched to get as much information as possible. I decided to go to Turkey for my operation and read many reviews of clinics in Turkey. I spoke to three clinics, Smile Hair Clinic where one of them. After many messages to each clinic and a few months of coming to a decision, I decided Smile was the one for me. I started off being a category 6.5 on the Norwood scale, so a big task at hand. I had my first operation in 2023 and a second in October 2025. Both operations were done by Smile Hair Clinic. I cannot thank Smile enough for the outcome I have. Smile has been thorough from day one. Contact before, during, and after has been 100%. Any questions I had were answered right away. Smile made all the transfer arrangements (apart from the flight) from pickup at the airport, to the hotel and clinic. Communication on transfers was brilliant. The clinic is 10 out 10. Very clean, very tidy. You will receive a warm welcome on arrival by a lovely lady (well in my case). The staff are lovely, friendly and most of all professional! You are made to feel at ease on the day and all steps are pointed out to you. You will get a well needed 20 minute break to eat after extraction, which is all provided by Smile. Hotel accommodation is 5 star. I was putting all my faith in Smile to deliver what was a vision to have a hair and now I do. The question I need to ask myself is, did I make the right decision to get it done, and did I choose the clinic for the operation. The answer is yes! I am glad I decided to get it done and Smile Hair Clinic delivered on the outcome. Would I recommend Smile, and would I use them again if I did it all over again, and the answer is yes. Every one of my questions was answered, and the entire procedure was explained thoroughly. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. A special mention goes to Dr. Firdaus. I was really hoping he would be my main doctor, and luckily, he was. I had heard wonderful reviews from friends who had undergone the procedure under his care, and I can confidently say he did not disappoint. I’ll definitely be coming back for my second procedure, hopefully in 2027. After seeing my results, my brother is also planning to join me for a procedure this time.
