GBGBHard to star this. 3 for service intially as the frames were delayed and all I got was automated emails and no explanation or ownership of issue. But after contacting customer service and raising complaint the frames were found and the follow up was good. My advice: as always automation is a terrible aspect of customer service and never works. We want real people writing relevent responses and taking ownership of issues
