Sky-tours was recently attacked by fraudsters. They booked tickets and holidays but paid less than 10% of what they should have paid by cheating our payment providers system. This is now stripped and all unpaid tickets and hotels are canceled. Some fraudsters however are not happy and give us now a bad review. Sky-tours existed 1973 years and we are online since 1999 and have grown to a worldwide operating Tour Operator and OTA. The fare was lower than other sites, which was fantastic. My only small issue was having to scroll quite a bit to find the itinerary email; better organization would help.
The deal I found was great, although the website did freeze a couple of times while I was looking. It worked out in the end and the ticket was issued corretly - a smoother interface would be an improvement.
I contacted support about a spelling mistake in a name, and the agent was patient and professional. They fixed it quickly with no extra charges, which I appreciated.
