Shipping was supppsed to take 1-5 business days. I've waited 3 weeks now, still haven't got my order. Apparently, my package arrived to my city, the courier made two attempts, each on a different day, then they sent my order to a completely different city. Had to wait about a week for it to arrive in my city again, deliveries were attempted, again failed. It keeps getting sent back and forth, instead of delivered to a pick-up point when deliveries fail.I contacted customer service when 2 weeks had passed and was promised that they'll send a new shipmet and they asked if I wanted to change courier or delivery method. I told them that sounded like a good solution and which other courier I wanted. I didn't get a response from them in almost a week. They didn't ship anything at that time. After a week of no response, I had to send multiple email follow-ups on an hourly interval. They responded, I got an order confirmation, then in the evening, I got an email with a tracking number with the same courier I initially had.How on earth is it possible to have such a poor customer service and delivery system?! And of course, I am not getting replies when I told them they chose the wrong courier that we didn't agree on. I have never experienced more ignorant service.UPDATE: got full refund and a gift card as an official apology. Rating is adjusted thereby.
