DEDEHorrible service had to pay 200eur for a 50eur damaged product which they sent me a new product replacement but also paid me back which I missed and asked me on email spam to pay the amount back. Never sent a letter. Then k receive a BID notification which I directly settle with shopapotheke apart from the 50eur extra penalty fee! I spoke repeatedly to shopapotheke and after multiple reassurances that the problem will be solved, that 50eur is now 200eur charge for a damaged 50 eur product which they sent me a replacement and oddly paid me back on top. It’s their problem to have paid back not mine. Zero ownership. Won’t be ever shopping from them again. There are multiple other online shopping pharmacies . Save yourself tie trouble and go somewhere else
