This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. My cooker hood arrived prompt but the metal filter was damaged in the box, I emailed customer services four times to ask for a replacement, Twice received no response, third time got an email asking what I would like to do, replied with please send me a replacement filter, 1 week later no reply, emailed again Got the same email back asking what would I like to do. stay clear, use a reputable company.
Received freezer and damaged on one side. Obviously company knew it was already damaged as there were no marks on the box packaging, only the actual freezer itself. Slimy behaviour...
