FranceSFR service is absolutely terrible. The network is often down and when you call customer service, no one helps properly. The withdrawal time is fast but the problem is solved. The worst telecom experience I have had is with SFR. It is not reliable at all
FranceFour weeks of sfr and it's incompetence, they have sent 4 technicians to fix the optical fibre, first technician fixed it then it went down 1 HR after 2nd technician never came, 3rd technician couldn't fix the issue but told SFR he did, he left without saying a word, the fourth one fixed it then it ran for 1 day then it's gone again, which is a total of 1 day and 1 HR of internet in 4 weeks, I'm not sure what we're paying for, 40 euro for 1 day internet wow what a great deal, SFR is a joke.
United KingdomAbsolute crap. Customer service is as useless as their shop assistants 🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻 The customer service at Cagnes sur mer shop was dreadful. Unmotivated staff , waiting for long without anybody acknowledging you. Lots of direct debit mistakes and poor quality of service. Unfortunately this company woke up too late….💩🤡🤡🤦🏻
