PolandLet's start with the fact that I'm not an experienced "toys" user. I ordered a prostate stimulator and thought it would have vibrations, as its name says it stimulates. As soon as I opened the box, I found out that it was missing the functionality I was looking for. I haven't used, just contacted customer support, which was the worst experience with customer service I ever had. I found out that spending my time and money to send it back is not enough, and I will have to keep in mind the risk of getting 1kr instead of full refund. Customer support insuated that there was something wrong with my mind. Imagine! I just want refund the product without losing more time and money for this company that doesn't care about anything!
