ItalyVery poor service. They have a physical offices registered on Google Maps, but the locations does not exist. They don't offer any online customer service, the email provided for support doesn't work, and the contact number is invalid. If your parcel or package is with them and gets stuck, you likely won't receive it.
ItalyMy package had to arrive today, however I check their app and it says "there was something wrong with the delivering", I waited all day for that package and they didn't even try to call me, bc on that package there is my phone number. I try to call them and the line is ALWAYS busy. Honestly I think and hope they close they have you closed off for good.
ItalyDHL Holland send parcel to Italy , it was handover to SDA Parcel according to the message and website was delivered in our garden , but we couldn't find it. Why still a 5 star , because mistakes happen and Alessandro of SDA Pisa phoned after 2-3 days , to help and they found that the parcel was misplaced , recovered & delivered perfectly. You need that kind of service if something goes wrong.
ItalySDA is completely unreliable... Delivery of an order of 6 packages, which took 3 days, with supplier reminders, fictitious responses, and unheeded instructions. They deliver 2 packages every day, with the last non-consecutive delivery on the fourth day. There's no way to communicate directly with the courier, and no way to schedule a delivery time. So, I'm stuck at home waiting for delivery for four days!!! CHANGE JOB, THIS IS NOT YOURS!!! SDA completamente inaffidabile... la consegna di un ordine di 6 colli, avvenuta in 3 giorni con solleciti del fornitore risposte fittizie e indicazioni disattese, ogni giorno mi consegnano 2 colli, con l'ultima consegna non consecutiva il quarto giorno, nessuna possibilità di conferire direttamente con il corriere e nessuna possibilità di fissare un range di orari, quindi prigionieri in casa ad aspettare la consegna per quattro giorni !!! CAMBIATE LAVORO, QUESTO NON E' IL VOSTRO !!!
