won't answer the phone, Slow to respond to warranty claims via email, slow turnaround (over 1 month) for warranty claims.
i recently purchased all the parts needed to build a pc. they arrived quickly, and they all went together and it works perfectly. would reccomend. i don't know why the store is rated so low.
faulty warranty claim, customer service just palms me off to contact the manufacturer even though under ACL my business dealings are with the retailer I purchased the product from. extremely unhelpful, I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
