Updating after prompt action from owner- Problem was with the sales person and not the outlet. The owner called and solved the issue within 15 minutes. Beware - Sanidirect Almere is one of the worst experiences I have had. I had book two washbasin along with cabinet for delivery in week 3. The salesman Mr. Nom promised that it will be delivered within week 3 and max. week 4. After few days, he sent an email claiming that since product is new they can't deliver product before week 11. I clearly mentioned this is not possible for me as this is clearly not in line with agreed delivery. I asked for cancellation of order right away. However, he promised that they will cancel the order, but no confirmation is provided till now.
I would caution coming here given there is no return policy of any item if you buy in the store. Online- 14 days but in the store there is none. Even if they are unopened goods. I asked both the store and customer service if there was a way to return/exchange items but I was told it’s impossible. Yet if you order online, there is. There are alternative stores that do have return policies. I do not like writing bad reviews and had planed to write a good one because of the nice experience ordering the material, but in this day and age it’s really surprising to have a policy like this- and further more, conflicting policies, for when you order online.
Sanidirect helped me design the bathroom well and pick nice items for it. However, I am still at the beginning of the process. The bathroom was not installed yet, this is scheduled for later.
