Failed to deliver first time - obvious to all that there was a problem at fedex - still had to wait a week before you sent a replacement. The replacement was defective, I then had to wait 3 days for this to be picked up before you would send a replacement - at this point I gave up and requested my money back.
You did not not deliver the product on the notified date, 11th April, I chased Customer Services a week later and the product had not even been collected and I am still waiting - no follow up from Customer Service, absolute rubbish. I paid £ 32.94 on the 7th April !!!!
Ordered a item online still not received the item. The tracking service says it's still waiting to leave warehouse. It's also saying that on the online chat. It's been over a week waiting for the item
