I went on their website just now and see it says they are :no longer operational." Does anyone know how/where to complain about this scammer?

Seeking legal advice on this. Appalled that the company is included on the government’s website - although not surprised really.
United KingdomI'd give 0 stars if I could. Very clearly advertised 24 hours after receipt. Didn't meet that timeline and then claimed it was 24-48 hours haven't responded to a formal complaint. Profiting off a global pandemic - avoid at all costs.
United KingdomOrdered a day 2 test to return to the uk. Paid for two tests costing £86.22 and never received a code from them to put on the passenger locator form so had to order elsewhere. I still haven’t received any confirmation of delivery and I’m now back in the uk. I have emailed them with no response total scam in my opinion.
