GBGBSent off my returns as instructed by them. No one is responding to my email about my returns now. This is theft!!! They have taken my money AND my returned products and no sign of money coming into my account. Frauds, crooks, thrives. Avoid at all costs. I hope their company fails and closes down it's operations.
GBGBMisleading advertising: Ordered VPAB4125BK, received VPAB412BK. Customer service admitted the advertised code was made up. Sent me 2 different products at double the price to build myself.Unfair policies: Despite sending an item that wasn't as described, they expected me to pay the return postage.Rude management: The manager, Steven, was totally dismissive and unhelpful when I tried to resolve their mistake and Steven is also now the bias complaint handler.Verdict: Do not recommend. If they make an error, you will be the one paying for it.
