Bought a house and enquire regarding extra kitchen units sent me a brochure but getting them to email you back for after sales is totally bad I sent 4 plus last week and get totally ignored the after sales people to buy extra for a kitchen what’s purchased through this company and you Carnt ring as you get sent from pillar to post not happy
Had to buy addition to my fitted kitchen in new build as wanted to buy my own appliances absolutely appalling customer service from this company unable to talk to a real person everything done via email ended up with wrong unit and now having to pay for another unit if been able to talk order through with someone this would have been avoid don’t use these if at all possible
I have a new build with a Roundel kitchen. The kitchen is to a fantastic standard. Been in a year already and I'm still very pleased with it!
We purchased a new build house and safe to say our experience of this kitchen company is awful. Primary reason being the build quality and lack of production quality checks before issuing goods. Today we had yet another delivery and installation of fault goods, better still damaging another bit of the kitchen while changing things. Are we expecting too much by wanting brand new goods that arrive in perfect condition… Perhaps visit / production number 6 will achieve a better result…
