GBGBReally disappointed in the level of customer service. Ana dealt with my wife's queries, and unfortunately made errors in her advice, advising at first that the posts that our trees arrived in were biodegradable. we went ahead and potted them. It didn't feel right and my wife questioned the advice given, then we were told that the pots were not biodegradable. so they had to be dug up and removed from the pots. that's when disaster struck and a tree was completely removed from its roots. i reached out to Ana and requested a swap, showing photos of the damage incurred. i was advised to go ahead and just pot as it may take root. after receiving such poor advise and the mistakes made, I am less than impressed with the service and advice given by Ana and Roots plants.

GBGBPlant was fine but they WILL NOT send me a vat invoice. I've asked 3 times via email and NOTHING. Their phone line is an AI spouting the same crap and directing back to website with NO way to talk to anyone JOKE.
