I bought the Rockngo8 speaker in June and used it once or twice a week, for an hour or two at a time, off and on for the last five months. I usually pulled it to my events in a wagon because I discovered early on that pulling it along the sidewalk was difficult. The wheels aren't great. In the last 5 months, I've experienced the following: one of the side handles fell off and had to be glued back on. Then the other handle fell off, and had to be glued back on. One of the fixed legs came off next, and had to be glued back on. (Thank goodness for Gorila Glue). Then the other fixed leg came off and had to be glued on. This is just crazy, because the speaker wasn't used that often. The mic holder came off next, and couldn't be repaired. This were all the problems with the casing. The last straw is that the charge no longer holds, so even after charging for a full week, the speaker starts beeping loudly after about 50 minutes of play time, alerting me to a low battery. I have given up on this piece of crap speaker. Rockville Audio said that since it is still under warranty, I could ship it back for them to look at. I decided not to bother, because it's clear to me that the speaker is simply too cheap to last. I just spent a lot more money on a JBL speaker that will likely last a whole lot longer than the RocknGo 8.

I wouldn’t buy anything from this company I’ve had nothing but trouble with these tower speakers. There’s a buzz in them when they’re on they pop if you turn them too loud when they arrived one speaker had a hole in it and the other tower had a loose part banging around inside they don’t want to ship you a replacement and you ship the old one back they want you to go out and spend the money to buy boxes to return then they’ll ship you a new one so it’s your time wasted I spent $400 and I’m not happy don’t buy nothing from them their return policy isn’t buyer friendly

I have purchased 5 Wiim Minis from Rockville. First 4, and recently another 1. Yes, they don't ship same day, but they have the best price for this item. I had issues with UPS on this last order (the problems were mostly my doing, not the fault of UPS), and UPS would not change the destination. I emailed Rockville and their team contacted UPS and straightened all out! Would Amazon do as much? These people are solid.
I bought an amp from this company a year ago for my gym. It had problems the first week. Their a peas to send it in and they. Get back to me in a few weeks????? It’s a gym! Ever been to a gym with no music? They’re terrible. Never again.
