United KingdomThe last experience with Research Opinions was very poor. I was contacted an hour or so before the research group was due to meet. I had emailed the individual responsible for the group multiple times after the session. The person ignored the emails. The only response I received from them was when I received their OOO for Christmas. I had to contact the generic Research Opinions email address to receive a response. When I was paid, I did not receive the amount stated in the written correspondence or agreement I signed. Very disappointed with lack of service/communication from Research Opinions.

United KingdomThey don't answer calls, emails or get back to you at all, even after they call you to say you've been selected for a study. Unprofessional, unreliable! Tried all means of communication until I gave up! (Set the date6cuz it was around the date of the actual call)
