Completely useless Gave them my phone number and email, kept telling me they were wrong and messaged through Auto traderTest drove an expensive car and asked various things to come back to me about. A week later they sent me nonsense about batteries which was nothing to do with what I asked!Arrogant and ignorant
Very poor experience with the service department at Research Garage Fiat Nuneaton.One issue was fixed under warranty, but another problem I reported was dismissed without proper investigation. It felt like they were unwilling to accept there was an issue rather than trying to diagnose it.I also wasn’t contacted when the car was ready and had to return the next day to collect it.When I raised these concerns, the manager told me he would make a note not to accept me as a customer in the future.This gives the impression that if you question their assessment or report a problem, you are no longer welcome. Very disappointing service from a Fiat main dealer.
I booked my Peugeot 3008 into Peugeot Reserch Garage Hinckley for two fuses to be changed as it requires them to do it. I understood that I would have to pay 1 to 2 hours labour. I was charged £270 for 1.5 hours work to change 2 fuses. Not happy with them at all.
