United KingdomGB🚨🚨🚨 AVOID THEM AT ANY COST‼️‼️‼️‼️ I placed order #QS-4240623 on October 29, 2025, for a Grohe Digital Controller and paid instantly. I was sent multiple updates stating the item was expected the week commencing November 3rd. In reality, the item was not delivered until November 25th—a delay of 27 days from the point of payment. Throughout this nearly month-long wait, the communication was misleading regarding the actual arrival stock dates. To add insult to injury, despite the massive delay and the inconvenience caused, QS Supplies refused to waive the delivery cost. If you need items for a specific deadline, do not use this company. They are quick to take payment but slow to deliver, and they do not take accountability for their logistics failures. ‼️‼️‼️
