United KingdomBought a PPHP844B Wireless BT Loudspeaker with built in rechargeable battery. Out of the box, the sound is very tinny and needs alteration, fortunately there is an EQ button, unfortunately there are no instructions on how to activate and change the settings. Contacted their support online to wait for nearly 30 minutes to not get a response, A poor enquiries website, which roughly every three minutes insisted I verified myself as human! Whilst I appreciate that I, like so many extra terrestrials, change our physical state frequently, we normally stay in one or the other for a minimum of 20 minutes... Poor quality product (so far, I am happy to be proven wrong). Not my first dalliance with US support offerings, but by far the worst so far.
