SESEI purchased a Moccamaster one-cup coffee maker during a campaign, but after receiving it, I found out that it was actually manufactured in 2015, making it 11 years old. There is no longer any quality guarantee from Moccamaster. I wish the age of the product and the loss of the guarantee had been clearly mentioned during the campaign.The machine also emits a strong, unpleasant smell, which seems to come from the blue paint. My child noticed the odor as well. Even when we run hot water through the machine without any coffee powder, the water still carries the same paint-like taste and smell in the water we drink.
