Pro shop for some years now and always good fulfilment and once quite good response with a claim.

Totally worthless service! I bought a new (expensive) phone there that was broken, which they confirmed all the time, so under 6 months I sent the phone back and forward 4 times, then the last time (before they HAD to replace it) they said it was a problem that they didn't "need" to have fix for me. So disappointed, never ever again Proshop!
