I thought everything was good about this site until now. I bought a thrustmaster eswap x2 pro controller and, the back buttons on this controller were very unresponsive if you pressed them lightly. I first contacted thrustmaster to see if this was a common problem, and they said that this, was not supposed to be happening, and recommended i contacted the retailer. So i made a claim on the product, and they took a month just to tell me there wasn't a problem with the controller, and i have to pay them for wasting their time, when it is infact they who wasted my time and money. The worst part is that, nothing is fixed, its the same controller with the same issues. I cannot recommend buying any tech related items here.new order number: 67170798old order number: 65908766

Had a very bad experience from the January sale.I bought a graphics card from proshop during their sale, but i had a wrong card delivered, which was slightly more expensive. By the end of the month, i was contacted by their aftersales, which gave me 2 options - pay the full price of the wrong product (non-sale price), or another price that was also higher than the sale price.Long story short, I had to contact the 'forbrugerklagenævn' until they would accept that i paid the sale price. I horrible experience and really bad customer service.Otherwise, proshop is usually my goto shop for electronics and IT. Just be aware that if you grt the wrong product, they might try and scam you and make you pay overprice.
