I'm still waiting for an order I made for 1 and a half months now when it was supposed to arrive in 15 days and they keep delaying it, it's been delayed 3 times now
I was happy for my order and wanted a quick delivery. I paid 50 kr extra for home delivery since I was home the whole day. I have a 100 meter view of my road, I see everything who's passing here and get notification once someone is driving towards the house. NO ONE was at my house the day of the delivery and postnord says it was no one here, which is a lie and scam. And I had to drive to a store the day after to pick it up. I requested a refund for the 50 kr extra I paid and Proshop answer is: You weren't home, we won't pay it back. Which is pure bullshit and a big scam. Congratulations, you lost a customer over 50 kr. Edit:They mention picture proof but there is nothing they want to share or did share. 1 star will remain.

It was shipped almost instantly and the only reason not giving five stars is that then it was lost by Post Nord for two weeks. but I’ve been client of. Pro shop for some years now and always good fulfilment and once quite good response with a claim.
