I love my dress, I did unfortunately have to exchange it for a size up. I just believe that when you exchange the item you should get the whole money amount back (including shipping) not just for the dress. I don’t want to have to keep spending money on shipping when I can just get what I spent altogether back since it’s gonna be used on shipping anyway.

We have bought from Promgirl before, and the experience was great, but this time, they asked for information to get the payment processed (weird, it never happened before, and we always pay with the same card). We sent it, and they cancelled the order and asked me to replace it, but the dress was not available anymore in the size we needed. My daughter has no prom dress for this reason!!!!!
