United KingdomOrdered from this company 28th Oct, evri courier has damaged and unable to deliver. Tried numerous time to contact and get automated replies stating its still with courier, sent proof from evri stating damaged and to contact supplier. 1 week until Christmas and I am down £54 pounds even though I have asked for a refund and not getting anywhere with the company who will not listen to me. I would advise people to avoid this company. I will also continue to try and get my money back. The company is a joke .
United KingdomWe ordered a kitchen wall calendar as a present. I’m utterly shocked for £30 that the calendar is printed on both sides, so only 6 pages. The lustre paper and wall hanger is not worth any extra. 67% off what a load of rubbish!! Would like our money back if possible!?
United KingdomI ordered a blanket but put in my Moms address for delivery! Website used my address even though I had put that on the order it was for another address! It reverted to my home address on checkout. Their website said my item had been dispatched!!! It was a minute after contacting them to change the address! How can you upload 20 photos onto a blanket within a minute and say it’s been dispatched!!! They contacted me 30 minutes later to say they were completing my blanket. This company is shocking!!!!! I’ve tried emailing them, filled out their form and still no response! Don’t touch this company
