I ordered 2 calendars to be delivered by Christmas and paid additional amounts for this with delivery totaling £10.95. They arrived on December 30th when the people I bought them for had been and gone. The quality was poor. I contacted Printerpix to complain with no reply. This will be the first and last time I use them and would not recommend them. Very poor service.
Sham of the Company, stay away from ever ordering anything!! You won’t get any answers or a refund!! £55.00 down from ordering a cushion with children missing from it and terrible quality!!
I have been buying photo books from you for the last 10 years, usually about 10 per year, and this is the first time that I am not happy with how some of my pictures have been printed: unclear and blurry. My uploads are top quality and I always pay extra for HD printing offered at the checkout. This time I'm not impressed with how it looks, sadly. I'm about to start working on my annual photo book, which is a lot of work. I hope the quality won't be disappointing...
I tried to order 3 A4 Calendars but somehow ordered 3 sets of 3 calendars so 9 in total. I replied to the order received email on the same day asking Printerpix not to process the orders as they were made in error and to cancel the orders. They acknowledged receipt of my query and raised a support ticket. Subsequently I received notice that my orders were ready for dispatch. I sent them urgent email asking them not to dispatch. They acknowledged this in same way and raised a new ticket. I then received three parcels of 3 calendars!!!I sent six further emails and each one created a new ticket and an automated email from Hannah Mae. I sent them a FORMAL cancellation notice and request for refund, within 14 days of purchase, and stated Trading Standards. I listed all three order numbers, and details of every communication I had sent. They proceeded to close my tickets on their support centre without responding to them. One month later I have still not received any acknowledgement, no return or refund details, so I have had to raise claims with my credit card holder! Dispicable trading practices. I shall report them to Trading Standards.
