When I purchased the Piurify system I went to use the code at the top of the website for 25 dollars off which said "not valid." I reached out to the customer service representative whose response was "the code is no longer active, thank you for letting us know." The correct response would have been to honor their error and provide the 25 dollars off so I believe that some of the customer service reps need to be trained a little better to provide an improve customer experience.
