IrelandImpossible to contact customer service. I tried to cancel an order before it shipped because I had to go away unexpectedly. I contacted Phyto three times before the item was sent (3 days after I ordered). They didn't respond by email or via social media. The customer service contact page is broken. There is no phone number for them listed anywhere. The parcel was sent out while I was away and left on my doorstep yesterday in a busy street. I can't collect it (if it's still there which I doubt). Phyto please contact me about this. I am very unhappy with your terrible customer service.
United KingdomI have given one star but would like to give zero. The service received has been simply appalling. They have taken over £60 but I have still to receive products ordered in July. My emails to the company have gone unanswered with seemingly no prospect of a refund or apology.
