i want to express my strong protest about the withdrawal of phytophanere shampoo which i used for a decade it was the best and had stabilized my hair loss. on the contrary the new phytocyan shampoo series is the worst one circulating worldwide. Disgusting scent and increased hair loss. The people responsible for phyto should be ashamed

Impossible to contact customer service. I tried to cancel an order before it shipped because I had to go away unexpectedly. I contacted Phyto three times before the item was sent (3 days after I ordered). They didn't respond by email or via social media. The customer service contact page is broken. There is no phone number for them listed anywhere. The parcel was sent out while I was away and left on my doorstep yesterday in a busy street. I can't collect it (if it's still there which I doubt). Phyto please contact me about this. I am very unhappy with your terrible customer service.

I have given one star but would like to give zero. The service received has been simply appalling. They have taken over £60 but I have still to receive products ordered in July. My emails to the company have gone unanswered with seemingly no prospect of a refund or apology.

Phyto Phytocyane Men Treatment and Shampoo – A Disaster! After using this product for three weeks as directed, I have experienced severe and alarming hair loss! I deeply regret trying it. My mild to moderate hair loss has now turned into a 50% reduction in hair volume—I feel nearly bald! To make matters worse, customer service is unresponsive, and the bottles are half-filled, making me question the product's authenticity. This feels like a scam! Avoid this product at all costs!!!
