GBGBGBGBDesperately trying to order my dog’s Ursodeoxycholic Acid tablets but the phone lines are down and have been for a while. They sent out the first order but now I need one of the two repeats from the prescription. Emailed in and asked for them to arrange to get these sent out, the reply was to order on line which I cannot do as this is a human medication being used off licence so I need to order over the phone.So stressful not being able to get this sorted. I doubt I will be using them again unless they sort it out quickly.
GBGBRang me back as promised in recorded message, and were able to sort out my order quickly and efficiently so medicines delivered the next day.
