GBGBFantastic service rang on a Sunday morning on a bank holiday weekend and arranged collection at 3pm. The driver was sympathetic and respectful and took time to explain the online tracking system. The system works well and keeps you up to date. Our beloved dogs ashes were delivered back on time in a lovely pine personalised box which we weren’t expecting. The service was exceptional we had phoned a competitor at the same time who was a lot more money and very un sympathetic. I cannot thank the staff and company enough for a fantastic service in a difficult time
