I am unsure you have sent me the correct formula for my pet cockatiel, Chookie. The packaging has changed? On my avian vet's advice, I have been occasionally supplementing my aged bird's diet with this good formula crop feed when he gets a bit run down. Is this VETAFARM "NEOCARE" advanced hand rearing formula that has been delivered the same product I thought I was ordering, in the colourful graphics package? The package you have delivered to me is not what was on screen, but a white with purple etc packaging graphics. I already saw this product (sent) in pet barn shops & staff said the formula I had was different. I haven't opened it yet and am wondering if it is the correct product - the same yellow/orange powder inside? Please advise. Thanks
I've had a regular delivery of lorikeet food for years. always been on time and always been notified of delivery and any delays or out of stock etc. Very good service for which I thank you. With this last delivery however, for the first time, the 8 packets of food were packed into one box, instead of the usual 2. I am elderly and had a lot of difficulty lifting, dragging, pushing one large box into my front door. Can I please request that in future my order is packed into two boxes instead of one
