United KingdomOrdered from them as they stock the prescription diet dog food needed. Subscribed to get it delivered every 4 weeks. 1st order no issue, 2nd order still hasn’t been received & was ordered on 23/11/25. They messaged saying it was delayed a few days ago, but then that it had been despatched the same day. That was 3 days ago. Have had to go out & buy from elsewhere as it’s not arrived. Totally unreliable service, won’t be using again.
United KingdomOrder arrived late (6 days) Order was incomplete and what did arrive was a load of bashed tins and packaging sellotaped together. Their website won’t allow me to cancel my subscription! And their phone lines are never answered and have a message to say they are working to reply to customers emails. Which is strange because they haven’t replied to my emails.

Didn't arrive.Phone lines cut off Emails responses just pre written platitudes.Canceling subscription. Don't recommend.Edit:Despite a response from PS the order due to be delivered today, still hasn't arrived and "may be" sometime next week.
