We recieved fast and efficient customer care from Persimmon and Tony Porter, who helped to fix our front door and letter plate. Not only was Tony really friendly, but explained what he was doing and how to prevent any issues in future.
Chris trousdale came to inspect and repair our shower. His only intention was to solve the problem...which hopefully he has...but regardless a truly professional, courteous and considerate chap....his Moto was "would I be happy with this fix if this was my house", or words to this effect.
Really happy with the work done in my house by Joshua. Super friendly and easy to talk to, but also really focused and thorough. He spotted what the actual issue was (after others missed it) and sorted it out properly. You can tell he takes pride in what he does—everything was done with care, and he made sure to tidy up after himself too. Would definitely recommend!
Joshua did an excellent job fixing the creaking floors upstairs, as it has been troubling us since we moved in, then resealed the worktops in the kitchen and did a seamless job doing that. He asked me regularly to see the progress and if I was happy with it, very kind and polite. He also went above and beyond and did some extra jobs that were not planned for today. I’m very happy withe the service, highly recommend!
