They’re very helpful and responsive on email which is great although I would have liked to have spoken to someone before submitting the claim to check you will accept an electronic signature. I did eventually ask for a call back but I haven’t received one. It would also be helpful if you provided contact details online as I would have liked to have phoned Vet Assist at the weekend for advice. I should have noted down the details before I needed them but after three mornings of an unwell dog I wasn’t going to delay seeing a vet before Christmas.

Kim was wonderful, answered all my questions, helped me understand what I needed to do to ensure my claim went through promptly without issue and was an overall lovely person to speak to! Also immensely enjoyed the fact that she shared the same name as my dog which I ringing about to claim for (Kim/Kimmy Spitz) so won't be forgetting her anytime soon!

The person I spoke with clear knew what he was talking about. There were complications with my policy however the agent (Sam) helped me understand what it all meant. I also set up a new policy for my new dog and joined the older dog into the new policy so both pets are under the one policy.
