GBGBStaff in repairs are not always as helpful as they could be I found out that from 2pm most sit with there feet up in the vans plus I’m told I’ve got to wait for a service man for over 2 weeks
GBGBThe most rude customer service ever. Don't take the complaint seriously and says they won't do anything. Doesn't listen and cuts the phone. NO RESPECT FOR ANYONE!
GBGBVery knowledged tradesman attended our property to put right a mess left behind from L & Q's shoddy workmanship, as well as replacing a pump. This man had all the right qualities. He was here for hours and didnt complain once. He was very knowledged, very clean and tidy and a very pleasant man too.
