Had a new bathroom installed, work took a little longer than anticipated but communication was excellent. Was notified what would be happening amd how things were being done. Steve from p.a and Clare from Pilon were brilliant, contant check-ins and calls round to check progress and if anything needed sorting or rectifying they sorted it. All contractors weee friendly and efficient and cleaned up well after their visits. Overall im happy with my bathroom and service i received feom all involved. Thankyou.

Linda Robinson was incredibly helpful. She took her time to support me and truly listened. I contacted her regarding my rent arrears on a very difficult day, as I had just lost my mum suddenly and I was completely broken.
