I think they recieve your complain, reply like a good willing company and then somehow block recieving e-mails from you... ...I had some trouble with a vacuum cleaner I bought from Lidl two months after purchase..I made a complaint...Lidl got the complaint and redorected it to Optimex which sent me an email and asked me to use the "reply" button from my email provider to send them my name, an IBAN(to get my money back for the product beacuse they cannot help me by fixing it) and the receipt which proves I bought the product. I did all that but the money just wont return to my bank account...then I looked up the "sent" folder of my email and found out the email was not there, it was not sent..I actually found it in the "to be sent" folder..I composed a new email in which I explained to them that I, somehow, cannot seem to send that reply they asked for...I've also recorded a screen video of the first e-mail they've sent and attached it...also I've written the info they asked for in the first email...guess what, the second email was never sent and still in my "to be sent" folder...then I thought, what if I use a second email I have from another email provider where I simply said hello....guess what, the third email got sent....I also written a fourth e-mail using a third e-mail address, but the same provider as my first two e-mails which never got sent....you guessed right, the fourth email also got sent...what am I missing here? 🤦🏼♂️
I placed an order with Lidl online, and the products were delivered by Optimex. When they arrived, one of the products turned out to be broken. That can of course, happen during transport. I contacted Lidl, and Lidl told me I had to get in touch with Optimex. Odd, because I bought it from Lidl, but anyway. Optimex was supposed to reimburse the broken product and refund the money; after I emailed them my details, I never heard anything back, not even after several follow-ups. Got back in touch with Lidl again, and now they’re also nowhere to be found… In short, both parties are first-class bunglers
Very disappointing experience. I contacted the company several times by email regarding a warranty issue, but no one ever replied. It’s unacceptable and unprofessional for such a large company to ignore customer messages. This shows a lack of responsibility and poor customer service.

I've received £19.99 from "Optimex Services P" as it showed on my bank statement. Turns out this is a refund from Lidl.
