NetherlandsI signed up for a course at NHA on March 30th, and shortly after, I noticed an advertisement about a temporary promotion: due to their 90th anniversary, you could get a second course for free if you registered between the 1st and 22nd of April. Since I missed the deadline by just a few days, I reached out hoping for a possible solution. Unfortunately, I received no flexibility or consideration, even though I had contacted NHA prior to enrolling to ask questions about the course and was never informed about this promotion. This feels unprofessional. You would expect an organization like NHA to consider loyal students, especially when the difference in timing is so small. It's disappointing that they strictly adhered to the rules without any form of compensation or recognition for a customer's loyalty. I had intended to take more courses with them, but based on how this situation was handled, I will no longer be pursuing any further education through NHA.
BelgiumWhatever you do, don't accept a "free" trial from these people. I got offered a €20 per month course and cancelled before the end date of the trial. Just a few months later I get a 500euro bill from debt collector. Way more then the amount owed even if I didn't cancel my trial. They don't even want to reply me a reason for this amount. Incompetent or scam I don't know but there is better options out there.
NetherlandsI'm following the dutch course and my docent is extremely helpful all my home work gets marked super fast and all my questions answered with examples. Absolutely brilliant!
BelgiumVery sad with their way of handling the customer service! Unbelievable that they take off your course from your customer page while it was paid ( the course was available online to) but because there was a postal delivery problem. They cancel everything !!!!! They don’t contact you, to ask what the issue was…..they just take everything away even the homework you already did, they send back yr money for no reason. You loose everything, all the hard work you did poof! Gone……Unbelievable! And no way to get it back. So disappointed 😔
