Shitiest flying experience ever. Horrible interior, delays, disorganised and it feels like a market not airline. Only good thing is the crew are patient enough
Nesma Airlines One of the Worst Airline Experiences the worst airlines in the world. The ground staff at Cairo Airport were extremely rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. There was no respect, no manners, and no willingness to listen or explain. The behavior felt careless and arrogant, as if passengers’ rights and dignity meant nothing. An airline that treats passengers this way does not deserve trust or recommendation. Management seriously needs to review staff training and behavior because this level of service belongs in a scrap yard, not the aviation industry. ❌ I strongly advise people: Do NOT use Nesma Airlines.
Cancelled our flight at 11pm. Phone lines and contact not open until 9am. All they would offer us is a flight 3 days later, even though could see other available flights online. Having an absolute nightmare getting a refund. Absolutely unhelpful customer serivce that deliberately makes everything difficult. Avoid at all costs.
Everything was perfect! Great service
